Effective October 2026. Quantum Dynamics, LLC ("Quantum Dynamics," "we," "us") provides UAS training, the Flight Lab training application, flight services, and this website. By using our website, training products, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Training Use Only
All training content, including Flight Lab, is provided for education and exam preparation. Charts, figures, and exercises are training material and are not for navigation or operational flight planning. Always use current, official FAA publications for flight operations.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
We teach to the FAA standard and stand behind our instruction, but no training provider can guarantee a test result, certificate, job, or funding outcome. Any pass-related guarantee applies only where it is expressly offered in writing for a specific program.
Your License to Use Flight Lab
Flight Lab access is licensed to the individual student whose enrollment email is registered. Access codes are personal and may not be shared, transferred, or resold. We may suspend access used in violation of these terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website and in our courses, including text, graphics, curriculum, question banks, and software, is the property of Quantum Dynamics, LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our course content except for your personal study.
Flight Services
Flight services engagements are governed by the separate written agreement for that engagement, which controls in the event of any conflict with these terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse this website or our training platforms, interfere with their operation, or use them for any unlawful purpose. We do not provide training in tactics that the student is not legally authorized to perform.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantum Dynamics, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our training content. Our training does not replace official FAA publications, aircraft documentation, or your own aeronautical judgment.
Governing Law
